We stuffed this IPA with a generous portion of oats, and complimented that with an even more generous portion of Mosaic and Lotus hops. Aroma’s of orange, passionfruit, and fresh cut grass are met with a subtly nutty malt flavor, while finishing semi-dry.

We took a crisp kölsch and glamped it up by adding tart cherry puree and makrut lime leaves. The cherries shine through on the aroma, giving way to a fruity kölsch that has citrusy lime undertones throughout, and finishes crisp and refreshing.

This kettle-soured wheat ale is made with 8lbs per barrel blood orange puree, giving it a pleasant citrus nose and a proper level of tartness. The malts selected balance the dry finish with a pillowy body.
